I remember, last year, not feeling well and blaming my being under the weather on “that bug all my friends were sick with”. The only difference was that I felt fine so long as I ate pickles and drank milk. Yes, obvious to everyone but me that I had a very specific bug in my belly. It’s funny all the odd things I craved while pregnant so of course now that I have the little bundle of joy (aka LB) to hold, I can get back behind the stove a lot easier! So, I wrote up a blog post about how to make quick-pickled cucumber slices like are so delicious with summer sandwiches or pregnancy cravings. Oh, I also have a post listing all the funny things I craved last year while I was pregnant with LB.
